To all our Peerless Insurance Policyholders. Peerless Insurance Company recently purchased Ohio Casualty Insurance Company. The company will use the Ohio Casualty Insurance Company as their brand name. When examining your policy you will see that the Underwriting Company is Peerless Insurance Company. Please call if you should have any questions or concerns.
To update their records you may have received a phone call or survey letter from Travelers. The person calling should identify themselves and provide you with a call back number for verification. There is no attempt to sell you anything, the intent is to provide you the proper rate and coverage sometimes overlooked. Rates can be adjusted upwards or down depending on the information. If at anytime you feel uncomfortable and would like to review the information on paper; ask the surveyor to mail you the form for completion. Of course, we are available to answer any of your questions or respond to any of your concerns.
